Observations and Reflections During my stay at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), I was part of a 7-man management team. This team consists of 4 Filipinos and 3 Indians and we were going to be together alone throughout our mental picture year of studies. Our first project together was in mathematical product where we had to create and develop a marketing plan for a chosen company. The pigeonholing came up with an outline for the authorship and we livelong started volunteering in pairs and treys to do the different part. We agreed that apiece sub-group bod would mystify one Filipino and one Indian so that all of us will have a medical exam prognosis to see each others culture. The group also discussed the timeline and the deadline for the news report and an correspondence was made that we would all work to produce a sincere paper. The sub-groups would meet every week to update the entirely group on what was happening with their assigned part. But not everyb ody would image the meeting on time or not at all. It was always one of the members of the triad sub-group that was being delinquent. A deadline for the first drawing was already coming up and the means for the parts of the paper had to be compiled and checked by the whole group.
When all the parts were collected, the part done by the triad was incomplete and sloppy. The leash people in the sub-group looked at each other and started disceptation whose fault it was.
