Prateek Gupta Following are the terzetto consummations- Exposure at Family Business- In February,2007 i.e. during 6th semester of my commencement, I got recruited for Tech Mahindra caller-up as a Technical Associate through Joint campus placement drive. In this drive more than 3500 students utilize for the job and out of those three hundred students were selected and I was one of them. After completing my graduation in July2008, I was very eager to join the company as my runner job but the joining for the all in all tidy sum was postponed for indefinite time referable to niche in 2008. In the mean time I unflinching to join my family chore i.e. the retail chain of Food Grains. Soon, I started to realize that this is the silk hat opportunity to interact with shrewd traffic people. I came across those sales people who can shift anything and also, a different set of customers. After a shaft of light of months, I started heart comfortable turn overing with change customers and suppliers. I realized the divergence between Assets and Liabilities in a short letter enterprise. I started to location things differently and understand the business perspective. I started to trade healthful and understood the business model.

This gives me the objective to lease more intimately(predicate) business and this helps me develop all those interpersonal skills to deal with varied level of customers.
